How to make Paneer Chili?
There are many people who are non-vegetarians who don't eat, they eat paneer vegetables. That is why today I have brought for you the Paneer Chilli Dish Recipe.
You can eat it with anything: Bread, Complete come on rice yes There are many people who are fond of cooking but are not good at it. And I was also among them… The problem is that we start making it but we do not know the method of making it, what is the right way to make it, and that is why despite having all the ingredients, our food is not good. Would happen So let us start preparing something similar. So today we will learn to make Paneer Chilli. So, let's start: -
Material:-
- Paneer: 250 grams
- Onion: 1 (chopped)
- Green chilli: 4 (chopped)
- Capsicum: 1 (chopped)
- Spring onion: 2 (chopped)
- Ginger Garlic: (finely chopped)
- Ginger Garlic paste: 2 tbsp
- All-Purpose flour: 50 grams
- Corn Flour: 2 teaspoons
- Chili Sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Tomato Sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Soya sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil – 50 grams
- Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric- 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala/vegetable masala – 1 teaspoon
recipe :-
- First of all, mix flour, corn flour, chilli and salt in a bowl and prepare a fine paste.
- Now put the cheese in it and mix it and leave it for some time.
- Then take some oil in a pan and fry the paneer tikkis in it.
- Then take it out in some vessel.
- Then add ginger, garlic, onion, chilli and capsicum in the same oil and fry.
- After frying for a while, add soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and fry.
- Then add some water to it and add the remaining cheese gravy and cook for some time.
- Then add cheese in it and then cook it for some time.
- Then turn off the gas and add green onions on top.
- And now your Paneer Chilli is ready, take it out in a bowl and serve it hot.

Important Tips:-
- Paneer batter should not be too thin.
- After adding the paneer to the batter and keeping it to set for some time, it gets marinated properly and turns out good.
