As you all know that potato is a vegetable which you can eat with anything. Roti, rice, pulao or puri…. Today I have brought you only the recipe for making potato curry. It is as good to eat as it looks, so you must make it at home and enjoy it.
I have made this potato curry in a very simple and easy way. Then you will definitely like this. So let us see how to make potato curry and what things we will need to make it.

Material:-

   1. To make vegetables

  • Boiled potatoes – 4
  • Onion – 1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Oil – 25 grams
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam Mashala – (cloves, cardamom, cinnamon)
  • Garlic- 1
  • Chili powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt-1 teaspoon (as per taste)
    2. For tadka

  • Oil/Ghee – 50 grams
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves – 5-6
  • Green Chili -2
  • Coriander Leaf

Method of making potato curry

  • First of all, place the pan on gas and add oil to it. Then put cumin seeds and hot masala in it and fry it for some time.
  • Then put garlic in it.
  • Then add onion to it and cook it for some time.
  • Then add chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder and fry it for some time.
  • Then put tomatoes in it and add salt and fry it on low flame.
  • After roasting for 4-5 minutes, add water to it.
  • And leave it to boil for a while.
  • Then add potatoes in it and mix it, then cover it and cook for a while.
  • Now heat ghee or oil in another pan and add cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies and fry for some time.
  • Then add it to the vegetable and mix it well.
  • And our vegetable is ready.

You can eat it with puri, paratha, roti or even rice. So you must make it a toy by making sharp legs.

Suggestion-

  • Cook the tomatoes thoroughly on medium flame.
  • After adding the potatoes, stir the vegetables very carefully, otherwise the potatoes will break completely.
  • If you temper the vegetable separately, its taste increases even more.
  • If you don't want to apply tadka then don't apply it.
