Material:

  • Potato: 2 (boiled)
  • Peas: Half cup
  • Carrot: half cup
  • French beans: ½ cup
  • Beetroot: Half cup
  • Ginger: 1 inch (fine)
  • Garlic: 10-12 (finely chopped)
  • All purpose flour: 3 spoons
  • Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
  • Green Chilli:4
  • Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup
  • Red chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder and: 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam Mashala: 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup
  • Lemon Juice: 2 teaspoons
  • Salt: Taste Tips

NOTE: It is very easy to make breadcrumbs… First of all take a bread and break it properly and chop it finely. And your breadcomb is ready.

recipe:

  • First of all, put all the vegetables (potatoes, peas, beans, carrots and beetroot) in a pressure cooker, add 1 cup of water and a little salt and boil it.
  • Then place the pan on the other side, add some oil, add onion, chilli and ginger garlic powder and fry for some time.
  • When the onion turns brown, add the boiled vegetables to it.
  • Then add chilli, turmeric, coriander leaves and salt and fry it for a while.
  • Then smash it well and add breadcrumbs to it and mix.
  • Now add lemon juice, coriander leaves and garam masala to it, mix it and turn off the gas. Then keep it to cool for a while.
  • Then make a ball out of it and make whatever design you like, here I have made a heart design.
  • And here our tikka design is done.
  • And wrap it lightly with dry flour from all sides. Similarly, make a lot of tikkas at once and keep them on a plate.
  • Then heat oil on gas and fry it on medium flame.
  • Now take it out on tissue paper and your veg cutlet is ready.
  • Then arrange it on the plate from all sides and add sauce, green chutney or mint chutney in the middle and serve it.

Suggestion:-

  • If you want, you can also add any other vegetable of your choice.
  • Cook the vegetables well and mix them well.
  • And while frying it, keep the gas flame medium.
